17 | What Have You Learned This Year?
Hey guys,
I hoped you had a great Christmas time and now you're getting ready for the new year.
I've been reading this week 2 books (not yet finished) that are truly interesting in different ways: The Path and The Unfair Advantage.
The Path is about our financial journey in life broken down into 5 parts:
The Journey Ahead
Charting Your Path
The Trailhead
The Climb
The Summit
It seems to be an interesting one not just for starters describing the fundamentals of money but also there are some deep dives on different investments with examples.
The Unfair Advantage is about identifying what makes us unique and how startup success starts with us. The book describes a framework called MILES which is very useful to break down our situation:
Money
Intelligence & Insights
Location & Luck
Education & Expertise
Status
I know one of the authors of the book as we did a course together and can say that he's knowledgeable and respectable.
On the other hand, I've also been working on this video where I share some lessons I learned in 2020. Certainly an interesting, special and challenging year.
What have you learned in 2020?
Have a great New Year and enjoy the content below!
