12 | The Value of Travelling
Hey guys,
Iâve been primarily focused this week on 2 projects: shooting videos for the new YouTube channel and Unleash the Power Within event. In the next few weeks youâll hear more about it. There will be a blog article next week in addition to a video in December.
As a sneak peek, I had yesterday the Dickens Process and it just blew my mind. Itâs a neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) technique that operates in both subconscious and emotional level. The idea behind is what are the consequences of staying the way you are now, so you travel forward 15-20 years in time.
Have a great week and enjoy the content below!

So, you think meditation is for the weak people and you donât need it. You also think there are no benefits and itâs a waste of time. And you might finally think itâs a marketing tool. Alright, letâs talk about it.

In the previous issue we talked about differences between bull and bear markets. Letâs discuss about something that looks easy but sometimes creates some confusion: Revenue, Profit and Cash Flow.
Revenue. This is the amount of money the firms make from the sale of products or services.
Profit. Itâs the amount of revenue the firms gain after excluding costs, expenses, taxes and so on. All companies need to make profits!
Cash Flow. This is the the movement of money in and out of your firm (income and expenditure). This gives you a hint in terms of how well your company is being managed.
Revenue is vanity, profit is sanity and cash flow is reality.
đ ď¸ Work Smarter (Not Harder!)
Have you heard about Parkinsonâs Law? It says that work expands to fill the time available for its completion. If you have all day to write your report, it will take you all day. If you have all day to make that call, it will take you all day⌠got the point?
I schedule 80% of what I need to do with start and end times. This helps me get stuff done quicker and avoid wasting days of being unproductive. Itâs about using Parkinsonâs Law to my advantage!
I mentioned before the power of calendars as quick wins to implement it. I always ponder the below quote from Tony Robbins.
When you talk about it, itâs a dream. When you envision it, itâs exciting. When you plan it, itâs possible. When you schedule it, itâs real.

I always pay attention when people say things like âI donât have timeâ, âIâm too tiredâ, âI donât have moneyâ, âI donât have that technologyâ or âTheyâre against meâ.
My first impression is that they just have a big book of excuses to justify their lack of action in life. But my second view is that they are just saying âI donât want to commitâ, âI donât have the determinationâ or simply âIâm too scared to changeâ.
Did you know that Walmart in the early 70s had no money, time or technology? The press said they couldnât compete with the big names at that time and they would go bankrupt. Commitment, determination and certainty were some of the âsoft resourcesâ they had to compensate. Today is history.
Donât have time? Bill Gates doesnât have more than 24 hours either.
